Large flow filter element is generally used in filters with large flow and high pressure. Why does this filter have a large flow?
Firstly, from the process structure of his production: the large flow filter element adopts the structural form of folding membrane filter element according to its filtration principle. At the same time, according to different on-site process requirements, such as flow, pollutant carrying capacity and temperature resistance, vertical pleating and horizontal pleating can be selected.
Vertical discount design and process: generally, as the core component of large flow filter, its discount process increases its filtering area in a limited space. Folding technology can ensure that fluid passes through each unit area of filter medium. The foldable design increases the effective filtering area and makes the filter element more efficient, compact and strong pollution holding capacity.
The high flow filter element is mainly used as the pre security filter of the reverse osmosis system. Generally, the high flow filter element 5um is used.
