2. RO membrane causes too fast water outlet speed of filter. Usually, the main reason for this situation is that the RO membrane is damaged. Because the RO membrane is damaged, the impurities cannot be perfectly intercepted, so that the water rushes out of the damaged place without complete filtration, so that the water outlet speed of the filter is very fast, resulting in the RO membrane not playing the filtering function at all. It is necessary to repair and replace the damaged RO membrane in time, otherwise the filter cannot work normally at all.

3.From the appearance, it is obvious that the filter element of the filter is dirty, that is, the color of the filter element is very dark, and there is rust yellow. This is mainly because there are too many impurities on the large flow filter element, and the dirt and impurities are left on the filter element after being filtered out. The long-term accumulation leads to the blockage of the filter element, which affects the filter and even pollutes the filter. At this time, the filter element should be replaced in time, And clean the filter.

4.The filter has been used for too long. Regardless of any mechanical equipment and parts, they have their own service life. After the filter is used for a period of time, due to equipment aging, failure and other problems, it can not operate as efficiently and deal with work problems as new equipment, so it needs to be replaced. This cycle is not necessarily. It needs to be analyzed according to the specific filtration situation. If it is in the water quality area with serious pollution, the service life may be shorter. We should judge the replacement time of the filter element according to the actual situation.
