It should be noted that the difference between the high flow filter element and the melt blown filter element is that the models must be distinguished. Different models cannot be used in common. The specific model is determined by the high flow filter. Therefore, the purchased high flow filter element must be matched with the high flow filter, which is mainly reflected in the different pressure and flow of the end cover and each model.

The advantages of large flow filtration structure are large filtration area, low initial differential pressure, fast filtration speed, small filter volume and low cost. Because of the combination of pre filtration and final filtration, the filter element has higher dirt holding capacity. The folding large flow filter is composed of polypropylene fiber membrane, non-woven fabric or (Wang) inner and outer support layers, and the filter element shell The center rod and end cap are processed and formed by hot-melt welding process, without any adhesive, leakage and secondary pollution.

Storage mode of large flow filter:
1. Immerse the disinfectant into the disinfectant to ensure that the stainless steel shell of the filter is filled with disinfectant.
2. Take out the soaked filter element and dry it.
3. In a dry place, remove the filter element for drying.
4. The filter element without drying can not be wrapped in plastic bags to avoid mildew.

Installation method of large flow filter:
1. Wet the O-ring so that the filter element can be inserted vertically slowly. It must be completely inserted into the round groove of stainless steel.
2. The fins of the filter tube are compressed with stainless steel orifice plate, which does not need to be too tight to avoid deformation of the filter element after overheating and disinfection.
3. Avoid direct contact between filter element and filter paper.
4. Rinse the filter element as much as possible before use.
5. When power on or power off, please turn the valve slowly and do not open or close it at the same time to prevent the filter element from being sucked in during high-temperature disinfection.
