PP melt blown filter element is made of polypropylene as raw material. Through the latest melt blown, traction and receiving technology, polypropylene fibers are entangled with each other by self-adhesive to form a three-dimensional curved diameter microporous structure. It is different from the fiber distribution in traditional fabrics and combed non-woven fabrics. It has larger specific surface area, higher porosity and finer pore diameter. Its excellent filtration performance is higher than that of other ordinary filter materials. Because the fiber diameter and density change controllably in the diameter direction of the filter element, the finished filter element will form a multi-layer gradient structure from dense inside to loose outside.
